Lunar New Year Food & Cooking Gathering

We held a cooking class to celebrate Lunar New Year. Our experienced cooking instructor guided us through the process of making traditional Chinese New Year dishes, including Koi fish rice cake, turnip cake, and sweet rice balls. We learned traditional cooking skills, and exchanged knowledge on traditional food and cultures in different countries.
